Integrated Solutions for Benefits & Insurance Services is seeking an entrepreneurial Director of Go-to-Market (GTM) to accelerate growth through top-of-funnel demand generation efforts. This cross-functional role involves leveraging AI tools and technology platforms to identify target accounts, build campaigns, and create scalable processes to support the company's growth strategy.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute go-to-market strategies designed to generate qualified pipeline opportunitiesUse AI-powered tools and prospecting databases to identify and prioritize target accounts and contactsBuild, manage, and optimize outbound campaigns across multiple channelsPartner closely with the sales team to define lead qualification criteria and ensure smooth handoffsManage and maintain CRM data integrity, reporting, and workflow processesAnalyze campaign performance and recommend improvements based on key metrics and insightsExperiment with new technologies, messaging approaches, and demand generation tactics to drive growthCollaborate with executive leadership to support strategic growth initiatives and market expansion effortsSkills5–10 years of experience in demand generation, business development, marketing operations, revenue operations, or a related go-to-market roleExperience building prospect lists and executing outbound campaignsFamiliarity with Salesforce or other CRM platformsStrong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insightsExcellent project management skills with strong attention to detailComfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high degree of ownershipExperience leveraging AI tools to improve prospecting, campaign execution, or workflow efficiencySocial media marketing experience, including LinkedIn campaign executionExperience with marketing analytics and reporting toolsExposure to the healthcare, insurance, or employee benefits industriesExperience within the self-funded healthcare ecosystem, including working with brokers, TPAs, carriers, MGUs, consultants, or employer groupsExisting relationships and professional networks across brokers, TPAs, employer groups, carriers, MGUs, or other key stakeholders within the self-funded marketBenefits20% bonus targetGenerous benefits package, including a 4% 401(k) match with immediate eligibility and unlimited PTOCompany OverviewIntegrated Solutions for Benefits & Insurance Services (IS Benefits) helps TPAs, brokers, and self-funded employers build smarter, more sustainable health plans.
