[Remote] Director of Global Marketing

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Argenta is a global team dedicated to healthier animals, seeking a Director of Global Marketing at their Shawnee, KS location. This role will drive Argenta’s CDMO commercial strategy, execute marketing plans, and enhance the company’s presence at industry events, requiring extensive experience in marketing strategy within the animal health sector.ResponsibilitiesDevelop & execute Argenta’s global marketing strategy aligned to our growth spansDefine Argenta’s brand architecture and position and develop and refine the value proposition across target clients and offeringsLead planning, budgeting, and all performance reporting against defined KPIsOversee omnichannel campaigns to generate brand awareness and leads across digital (web, social, SEO/SEM, email, content, etc.) and live (events, sales assets, etc.) effortsOwn Argenta’s presence at key industry and Argenta-led conferences and trade shows (AHNTI, VMX, PEI, KCAHC Summit, DIAH, etc) as well as planning any strategically important customer eventsLead the development of compelling content including case studies, white papers, webinars, presentation decks, sales assets, and trade show materials that highlight Argenta’s offerings and expertiseOversee external media relations and PR strategyMonitor the competitor landscape and provide periodic updates regarding M&A, added capabilities, partnerships, etcPartner closely with the CCO to ensure alignment of marketing to strategic goalsPartner closely with Business development to ensure strong sales support and enablement and effective qualification and transition of leadsSkills10+ years of B2B marketing in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably for a contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO)Scientific background with an understanding of life sciences; animal health experience preferredBachelor's degree in marketing and/or scientific field, MBA preferredProven track record in building marketing strategiesExperience managing and developing teams across geographiesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including executive presentation skillsCollaborative approach with ability to build trust across functionsCommercial and financial acumen with ability to understand the sales process and connect marketing efforts to organizational financial goalsNimble and able to work in a fast-paced environmentAccountability for high quality execution that is on timeAnimal health experienceCompany OverviewArgenta is a contract research organization (CRO) and contract manufacturing organization (CMO) specializing in animal health.
