[Remote] Director of FP&A | PE Backed Data Analytics Platform | Remote | $200k - $230k + Bonus + Equity

The Director of FP&A will be responsible for building and scaling a best-in-class FP&A organization, leading financial planning, forecasting, and performance analytics to support strategic decision-making and value creation. Responsibilities • Lead and scale the FP&A function, building a high-caliber team and best-in-class processes • Own annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, and strategic modeling • Partner closely with the CTO and executive leadership on key business decisions and growth initiatives • Deliver clear, data-driven insights to senior leadership, Board members, and PE stakeholders • Develop and maintain complex financial models supporting revenue growth, pricing strategy, and investment decisions • Drive KPI development, performance tracking, and variance analysis across the organization • Support M&A activity, integration planning, and value creation initiatives • Improve financial rigor, analytics, and forecasting accuracy across a large-scale business Skills • Prior Investment Banking experience • Experience with large OpEx budgets and headcount • Experience operating within a sizeable, complex business environment • Strong strategic finance skill set with the ability to operate at both detailed and executive levels • Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and influence decision-making • Experience presenting to Boards and working with private equity sponsors • Experience supporting a large exit or liquidity event • SaaS and online marketplace experience • Deep experience with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning • Pricing and packaging strategy experience Benefits • Bonus • Equity Company Overview • Harmonic is a B Corp Recruitment & Executive Search company that partners with some of the fastest growing start-ups, scale-ups, and entrepreneur-led organisations worldwide.
