The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis will collaborate with leadership to drive financial performance, lead budgeting processes, and produce reporting packages while monitoring financial metrics and suggesting corrective actions.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the leadership of each Operating Company to drive financial performanceLead annual budgeting processFacilitate monthly forecast revisions with Operating Company leadersCreate and refine variance analysis models driven by operational metricsMonitor financial performance and suggest corrective actions when neededTrack Risks and Opportunities within each Operating Company, analyzing and prioritizing initiativesUse KPIs to find insights in performanceProduce monthly reporting packagesRun ad hoc analysis as needed to support decision making processSkillsBachelor's degree in finance or related field7+ years' experience in financial planningAt least 3 years in a management positionProficiency in financial planning tools (Jedox/Anaplan/Hyperion/etc.)Experience working with BI tools (PowerBI/Tableau/etc.)Excellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to simplify complex analysis to non-financial stakeholdersCompany OverviewOdevo is a real estate based property management and residential services.
