They are seeking an entrepreneurial Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to drive company-wide planning and build financial reporting infrastructure, acting as a strategic partner to leadership.ResponsibilitiesDrive annual and quarterly planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across all departmentsDevelop framework for conducting a comprehensive understanding of financial performance against budgets and ongoing forecastsMaintain dynamic operating models, forecasts and dashboards to support strategic decision-making and scenario planningExecute monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for executive leadership, the Board, and external stakeholdersStrengthen financial reporting infrastructure and collaborate cross-functionally to improve tools, systems, and data integritySkillsStrategic FP&A leader with experience owning company-wide planning and reporting cadences8-10 years of work experience across a high-growth SaaS environmentProven expertise in financial modeling, budgeting and financial analysisDemonstrated experience in leading small, agile teams while balancing IC responsibilitiesStrong understanding of SaaS business models, metrics, and reportingProficiency in financial systems / languageTrack record of involvement in capital raises, direct investments, or M&AInvestment Banking or Private Equity experience is a plusInternational experience is a plusBenefitsCanary Days: As a company we want to ensure that the team has time to recharge.
