They are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Director of Financial Management to oversee financial management functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, while contributing to the bank's ongoing success.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes to ensure financial stability and growthConduct thorough data analysis to support internal reporting and drive informed decision-makingDesign, prepare and present internal financial reports, including LOB performance, profitability, and scorecardsConduct thorough analysis of merger and acquisition opportunities to support strategic growth initiativesAssess and manage interest rate risks to optimize financial outcomes in uncertain interest rate environmentMonitor and manage liquidity risks to ensure adequate cash flow and financial stabilityManage, analyze, and trade the securities portfolio to meet liquidity and yield needs within defined parametersManage funding of balance sheet growth, ensuring short and long term liquidity needs are metMonitor and guide line of business use of back-to-back swaps and manage use of derivatives to hedge balance sheet from interest rate riskDevelop and maintain pricing models for loans and deposits to ensure competitiveness and profitabilitySkillsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field7-10 years banking or mortgage servicing industry experience requiredProven experience in financial management, accounting, treasury, and risk managementProven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesStrong analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and presentation skillsProficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis toolsProficiency in financial software and toolsStrong leadership and team management skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsProblem-solving and critical thinking abilitiesHigh level of integrity and ethical standardsMaster's degreeCPA or CFA certification is highly desirableCompany OverviewServbank offers financial services with a focus on innovative banking solutions and customer support.
