This role involves leading a high-impact team responsible for delivering end-to-end data and AI solutions for enterprise customers, combining strategic leadership with hands-on technical involvement.ResponsibilitiesServe as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear business outcomesPartner with internal teams to scope new opportunities and support the transition from pre-sales through deliveryEstablish and evolve best practices, frameworks, and playbooks to scale data and AI solution deliveryRepresent the voice of the customer, feeding insights back into product and engineering teamsOversee the design and implementation of data and AI systems, including data architecture, modeling, and ML applicationsGuide teams in building and deploying scalable, production-grade solutions aligned to business needsEnsure solutions meet standards for performance, security, and complianceProvide hands-on support when needed, including architecture guidance and code reviewsSkills10+ years of experience in software or data engineering, with experience in leadership and customer-facing environmentsStrong expertise in data architecture, data pipelines, and large-scale systemsExperience building and deploying AI/ML solutionsProficiency in languages such as Python or SQLHands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern data toolingStrong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholdersBenefits25% BonusEquityCompany OverviewHampton North is a Cyber Security specialist staffing firm.
