They are seeking a Director of Clinician Support & Success to enhance clinician engagement and operational efficiency, utilizing AI-driven tools to support high-quality clinical care.ResponsibilitiesSupport clinician onboarding and completion of initial and ongoing trainingSupport timely and accurate clinician licensure applications and approvalsEnsure clinicians are trained on company products, tools, and technology, including AI-supported workflowsServe as the operational owner of clinician support across platform, portal, and technical questionsHelp optimize clinician schedules and capacity to support success and utilizationCoordinate clinician coverage during time off to maintain continuity of care for clientsEnsure clinicians are using available tools and resources to maximize clinical successMonitor and improve clinician support experience, including clinician NPS and related feedback trendsDefine the end-to-end clinician engagement and retention strategy to drive long-term provider satisfaction, reduce turnover, and ensure clinical stability for familiesProactively identify and mitigate operational friction points or organizational barriers that contribute to clinician burnout or impede the delivery of high-quality careEstablish the 'Clinician Success Playbook,' standardizing SOPs for support, professional development, and performance optimization that can be scaled as the provider network growsLeverage AI-driven automation and administrative tools to reduce the 'documentation burden' on clinicians, maximizing their capacity for direct client careHarness AI-powered sentiment analysis and feedback loops to monitor clinician morale in real-time, allowing for proactive leadership interventions and targeted supportAct as the senior escalation point for complex provider relations issues, utilizing high-level coaching and creative problem-solving to resolve professional conflicts or performance concernsPartner with clinical leadership to ensure that all clinician support initiatives are synchronized with the organization's clinical standards and provider competency frameworksSkillsEducation: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experienceExperience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience directly supporting clinicians within a digital health or telehealth environmentClinical Operations: Strong background in behavioral health operations (e.g., ABA, therapy, or related clinical services).
