[Remote] Director of Clinical Applications

They are seeking a Director of Clinical Applications who will be responsible for the delivery, team management, and client engagement within the Clinical Solutions service line, ensuring high-quality delivery outcomes across client engagements.ResponsibilitiesProvide domain leadership across all platforms for the Clinical Solutions service line, setting priorities and direction in alignment with Ellit Groups' strategic goals, delivery standards, and service line objectivesOversee the refinement and execution of Clinical Solutions offerings — including inpatient nursing, ambulatory care, perioperative, and ancillary workflows — ensuring they remain current, competitive, and aligned with industry best practicesLead, mentor, and manage a team of clinical consultants and managers, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture through ongoing coaching, performance management, and career developmentManage resource allocation across active engagements, balancing client needs, staff capacity, and individual personal and career development goalsMaintain accountability for delivery quality and execution across all Clinical Solutions engagements, conducting regular health reviews and ensuring work products meet Ellit Groups' standards and client expectationsEstablish and monitor performance metrics related to delivery quality, consultant utilization, client satisfaction, and team healthServe as a trusted clinical advisor and primary domain point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring contractual, operational, and performance expectations are consistently metProactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate clearly with client and internal stakeholders to protect delivery quality and client satisfactionEngage as and partner with Client Success Partners to strengthen long-term client relationships and identify opportunities to deepen Ellit Groups' clinical impact within existing accountsProvide billable advisory and delivery oversight support as needed, including direct client engagement on complex or escalated clinical situations, and ensure appropriate documentation, reporting, and governance practices are followedCollaborate with all service line leadership to ensure Clinical Solutions delivery is well-integrated with broader client engagement strategies and EHR platform objectives across Epic, Oracle Health, and other supported platformsOversee the development of internal tools, standards, and frameworks that improve clinical delivery consistency, scalability, and outcomes measurementSkillsBachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, or a related clinical field7+ years of experience in clinical operations, health IT consulting, or clinical informatics, with a strong understanding of inpatient, ambulatory, and/or perioperative clinical workflows3+ years of people management or team leadership experience, including performance management, coaching, and professional developmentDemonstrated experience managing client relationships and serving as a trusted clinical domain advisor in a client-facing roleStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple engagementsProven ability to drive delivery quality and accountability across a team of clinical consultants or analystsStrong familiarity with Epic and/or Oracle Health clinical applications, including build configuration, workflow design, and optimization across clinical domains (e.g., CPOE, clinical documentation, medication management, care management)Active clinical licensure (RN, NP, PA, PharmD, or equivalent) is a strong differentiatorPrior experience in a Director-level or senior leadership role within a health IT or clinical consulting firmKnowledge of clinical regulatory requirements, accreditation standards (e.g., TJC, CMS), and patient safety frameworksExperience supporting proposal development, scoping, or solution design for clinical solutions engagementsBenefitsMedical, Vision, Dental, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability, and AD&D InsuranceMedical and Dependent Care FSA401k Retirement Plan6 Paid Holidays and Flexible Paid Time OffRemote with regular travel requiredCompany OverviewEllit Groups is a healthcare IT solutions provider.
