[Remote] Director of Client Services Program Operations

The Director of Client Services Program Operations will work with the Executive Management team to manage manufacturer programs and foster relationships between manufacturers and AllCare Plus Pharmacy, while supervising daily operations and ensuring effective communication across departments.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for manufacturer program operations and client relationshipSupervise and coordinate daily workflow with program director, managers and care managersUnderstand and coordinate all financial assistance program requirements with appropriate departmentsExamine metrics and reporting daily for all program activityFacilitate data requirements between clients and third partiesFacilitate communication and collaboration for all program changes and updates between all departmentsResponsible for program specific SOP management and documentation processesAssist with program change requests for CRM updatesPresent on demand data to Executive Team as requestedDemonstrate a high aptitude for learning about the specialty pharmacy healthcare environmentEstablish and maintain effective working relationships with all company support departmentsProvide communication and follow up to ensure staff are fully informed of all new information related to products, procedures, customer needs and company related issues, changes or actionsSkillsBachelor's Degree (Master's Degree Preferred)5-10 years' prior relevant work experienceHigh regard for service, be very personable and compassionatePossess a good understanding of the Specialty Pharmacy industry and its integration with manufacturers and payorsAbility to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environmentAbility to manage and track data for a sophisticated and often complex sales processBenefitsDependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.Company OverviewIQVIA provides analytics, compliance, and management solutions to the life sciences industry.
