[Remote] Director of Client Operations

The Director of Client Operations will oversee operations management of multiple employer worksites, focusing on client satisfaction and performance improvement in health services.ResponsibilitiesServes as main client contact on strategic integration and expansion opportunities, maintaining strategic focus on client satisfaction and value added strategies and demonstrates the ability to proactively identify client needs related to healthcare trendsIdentifies processes to improve overall performance of health centers and defines innovative measurements of performance standards to integrate corporate strategiesDemonstrates strong business acumen and knowledge of staffing, capacity, ROI, budget, margins, service and product offerings, to implement and drive strategic and relevant operational outcomesStrategically identifies and solves complex problems effectively with an emphasis on developing proactive approaches utilizing internal (corporate and regional) supportIdentifies and requests participation from corporate departments in strategic meetings as client needs dictateOwns client/site meetings, committees, and task forces to support strategic initiatives and goalsOperational lead on implementations post-go-liveCoordinates and productively facilitates communication across virtual sites and effectively navigates through multilayer client relationships (vendors, consultants, etc)Demonstrates the ability to effectively manage complex multiple lines of service and clientsProvides effective leadership, coaching, and mentoring at the site levelBuilds talent to proactively manage additional LOSParticipates in sales processEscalation point for clientsConsults with Medical, Legal or Compliance departments regarding regulations, practices act, practice law, certification requirements etcMay be asked to complete ad hoc projectsManages site level supervisorsOwns the client/site meetings, committees and task forces to support strategic initiative and goals; identifies and asks for participation of corporate departments in strategic meetings as client needs dictateCoordinates and communicates across virtual sites and shares best demonstrated practices with peersMay be asked to complete ad hoc projectsOversees the management of up to 15 health centers with multiple lines of serviceManages the relationship of up to 10 clientsManages a portfolio of $2M - $10M in Gross Annual RevenueManages (direct and indirect) up to 10 - 50 FTEsSkillsBachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experienceMust have an RN licenseStrong Occupational Health experience needed10+ years' experience in a business environment or related industry, managing othersExperience managing virtual teamsStrong Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook skills requiredStrong written, verbal and presentation skills requiredExcellent demonstrated follow up skills & attention to detailAbility to work both independently and as a team memberStrong relationship building skillsAbility to interact at all levels of the organization (both internal and external)Demonstrated strong leadership skillsDemonstrated adaptability and ability to manage changeHealthcare experience managing in a medical, pharmacy, fitness or other similar environment preferredExperience in an Operations function desiredPrior budget and P&L responsibility desiredDemonstrated experience with medical information management systemsDemonstrated process or efficiency managementKnowledge of Workers' Compensation, Medicare and/or clinical standards of practice preferredBenefitsMedical, dental, vision, life and disability insuranceA 401(k) program with company matchPaid holidays and vacation timeA company-sponsored wellness programEAPAccess to virtual primary care and virtual behavioral health at no cost for team members and their dependentsPerformance bonus that is based on client service expansionAnnual Performance Incentive that is a percentage of base salary and awarded based upon individual annual evaluation and company financial performanceEmployees will be included in the company's Open Time Off plan and will receive 10 paid holidays or an equivalent bank of hours aligned to schedule throughout the calendar yearPaid sick leave is satisfied by the paid time off accrual, detailed aboveCompany OverviewPremise Health offers online health programs for organizations.
