The Director of Business Development is a senior leadership position responsible for the end-to-end ownership of the customer acquisition strategy, focusing on strategic planning and execution to drive measurable pipeline growth.ResponsibilitiesAcquisition Strategy & Execution: Define ideal client profiles (ICPs), target environments, and high-conversion messaging. Develop and manage 30/60/90-day plans to achieve pipeline and revenue targetsChannel Testing & Scaling: Identify and validate profitable acquisition channels, which might include paid search, SEO, outbound, and strategic partnerships, based on viability. Implement rapid testing cycles to optimize budget allocation and scale high-performing channelsFunnel Optimization: Analyze the sales funnel to identify and mitigate drop-off points.
