They are seeking a Director of Business Development to drive strategic growth in the enterprise payments space by securing high-value partnerships with large-scale enterprises, marketplaces, and platform businesses.ResponsibilitiesIdentify, pursue, and secure partnerships with high-value enterprise clients, including but not limited to large marketplaces, digital platforms, and major smart device / EV makers businessesExecute a go-to-market strategy targeting end-to-end payment enablement opportunities including acquiring, issuing and B2B paymentsBuild solid relationships across multiple levels within the organization of the enterprise clients and become the go-to personManage complex negotiations with C-level executives to establish long-term strategic partnershipsIdentify new verticals and emerging payment trends to expand market reachAnalyze competitive positioning and develop value-driven propositions tailored to enterprise clientsWork closely with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and sales strategies for acquiring and issuing solutionsPartner with Product, Compliance, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of payment solutionsDrive sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue growth tracking in alignment with company targetsSkills8-10 years of relevant and progressive work experience in business development, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships within payments, fintech, or cross-border paymentsEstablished network within enterprise clients such as marketplaces, digital platforms, and multinational corporationsExposure to large corporations from previous Payment/Banking or Business Development careersProven track record of closing large, complex deals and exceeding revenue targetEducated with a relevant degree in Business, Finance, or a related fieldExcellent interpersonal skills and business acumenAbility to drill down, persistence, and a never-give-up spiritStrategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute high-impact business development strategiesStrong consultative sales approach and experience negotiating with enterprise C-level executivesExperience in covering Chinese multinational enterprises or working within large-scale Chinese multinational enterprisesA master's degree is a plusCompany OverviewPingPong is a global leader in cross-border payments, making it easier to send, manage, and receive money faster worldwide.
