S&S Activewear is a leading North American distributor of imprintable apparel, and they are seeking a Director for North America Strategic Accounts. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share through consultative sales strategies and strong relationships with customer executives.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, document, and manage account-specific strategies to drive successEstablish strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within each assigned accountPrioritize regular in-person and virtual meetings with essential stakeholders to maintain engagementMaintain a deep understanding of each customer’s business model, challenges, goals, and visionWork with the Strategic Inside Sales Manager, internal teams, customer resources, and third-party partners to create, implement, and manage impactful solutionsLead and coordinate efforts with General Outside Sales Managers, Strategic Accounts Inside Sales Managers, and Strategic Accounts Customer Service Managers to execute sales strategiesCollaborate with Executive Team members as needed to support account initiativesProvide the VP of Strategic Sales with status updates on account strategies and ensure timely communication with customer stakeholders for effective adoptionConduct Quarterly Business Reviews with each account to assess performance and refine strategiesFacilitate monthly strategy sessions with Strategic Inside Sales Managers and Strategic Account Representatives to drive alignment and continuous improvementSkillsBA/BS Required7+ Years of Experience in a consultative sales positionAdvanced business acumenAdvanced organizational and time management skillsAbility to productively interact with all levels of an internal and external organizationExperience creating and executing eBusiness strategiesExceptional written and verbal presentation skills including public speakingSuperior analytical skillsSuperior Sales, Marketing, and communication skillsAdvanced MS Office software knowledge and ability to rapidly learn other job related softwareAbility to help facilitate and manage high level IT integration projectsAdvanced financial skills & understanding with the ability to create business case and P & L for proposedAdvanced understanding of all departmental tactical functions and the ability to interact on a high level with all internal and external departmental resourcesWillingness to travel – 60%MS, MA, MBA PreferredAdvanced knowledge of the Promotional Products industry preferredBenefitsVacation, Personal, and Sick timeMedical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Disability coverageFlexible Spending Accounts401(k) planDiscounts on brand‑name apparelFun employee eventsMeaningful opportunities for growth and advancementCompany OverviewPrime Line is back!
