[Remote] Director, Marketing Technology & Operations

We are seeking a Director of Marketing Technology & Operations to build and optimize our marketing technology infrastructure while owning the operations and performance of email and website, ensuring our marketing systems are scalable and integrated for effective execution.ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage the marketing technology stack including HubSpot, CMS platform, future CRM systems, marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager), and other marketing softwareEvaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance marketing capabilities, automation, and efficiencyManage relationships with technology vendors and partners to ensure service quality and contract optimizationOwn website operations including content updates, design changes, page creation, and ongoing site maintenance to support marketing initiatives and business needsManage operations and production for email in HubSpot, including deliverability, and technical troubleshootingDevelop and optimize workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity across marketing channels, ideally leveraging AISupport cross-functional stakeholders with technical enablement, training, etc. when rolling out new tools and processesOversee tracking and analysis of email performance data.
