The Director, Marketing Strategy - RLS will define and drive the marketing vision for RLS, leading the development of integrated marketing strategies to accelerate revenue growth and enhance brand positioning.ResponsibilitiesDefine and lead the overarching marketing strategy aligned to revenue targets and long-term growth objectivesShape portfolio positioning, segmentation strategy, and value propositions across customer segmentsDevelop multi-year strategic roadmaps that integrate upstream and downstream marketing prioritiesTranslate business objectives into actionable, measurable commercial plansLead go-to-market planning for new product introductions, line extensions, and strategic initiativesEstablish clear customer segmentation frameworks and targeting strategiesAlign messaging architecture and campaign strategy across channels and stakeholdersEnsure consistent brand positioning across all customer touchpointsOversee market landscape analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer insightsIdentify whitespace opportunities and growth leversDevelop strategic counter-positioning plans against competitorsProvide executive-level insights that inform pricing, investment, and portfolio prioritization decisionsOwn marketing performance measurement frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and ROI analysisOptimize marketing spend allocation based on data-driven rigorEnsure all marketing activities adhere to regulatory, legal, and brand standardsMaintain ethical and compliant marketing practices consistent with company valuesSkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field requiredMBA or advanced degree strongly preferred10–12+ years of progressive marketing experience in healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industriesDemonstrated success leading enterprise-level strategic marketing initiativesExperience owning portfolio strategy, segmentation, and go-to-market planningProven ability to influence
