[Remote] Director, HR Operations

The Director of HR Operations will build and scale Talent Operations across a high-growth, multi-state organization, leading a team responsible for HR systems, process excellence, and administrative operations.ResponsibilitiesBuild and lead the HR (Talent) Operations function, including team structure, service model, priorities and performance standards, to support a high-volume, multi-state workforceLead and develop a growing team currently including HR systems, operations administration, and shared support resources, with a strong focus on coaching, accountability and career growthOwn and optimize the HR technology ecosystem, currently including ADP Workforce Now, Zendesk, Greenhouse ATS and emerging AI-enabled tools, to improve efficiency, service delivery, and the team member experienceDrive process improvement and automation initiatives that reduce manual work, increase scalability and create more consistent experiences across the employee lifecycleEstablish strong governance around HR data, reporting and systems administration to improve accuracy, visibility and decision-makingPartner closely with Payroll, IT, Finance, Talent and business leaders to deliver cross-functional initiatives, system enhancements and operational change managementTranslate business needs into scalable operating practices, documentation and workflows that support growth while maintaining compliance and service qualityUse data and operational insights to identify trends, risks and opportunities, and recommend solutions that strengthen execution across the Talent functionSkills7+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations, People Operations, HRIS or a related function, including experience in fast-paced, multi-state environments3+ years of people leadership experience with a track record of building, developing, and leading high-performing HR teamsStrong HR systems experience, including hands-on administration and optimization of ADP Workforce Now and Zendesk; experience with Greenhouse ATS or similar platforms is a plusDemonstrated success leading process improvement, systems implementation, automation or digital transformation initiatives in HRStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced Excel proficiency and experience using reporting or visualization tools such as Power BIProven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders across functions and levelsExcellent judgment, communication and organizational skills, with a strong bias for action and continuous improvementExperience evaluating and implementing AI-enabled tools or automation solutions in a business setting is strongly preferredBachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field is preferred, along with alignment to our Core ValuesBenefitsA highly energetic and collaborative team.A management team that cares about your professional development.Free membership for you and plus one family member.Discounted Personal Training, and merchandise – including supplements.Employee referral program.Daily Pay offered - access your funds before payday.Competitive pay plus vacation, holiday, and sick pay.*Group Health, dental, vision, Supplemental Life, and Employee Assistant Program are offered!*401(k) + Company matching!*Personal education growth options with Sophia Learning.Company OverviewEōS Fitness is an accessible, high-quality gym environment where anyone can pursue a range of fitness goals.
