Remote Director/ HR for Digital / Technology
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director, HRBP Digital & Technology - REMOTE. This role is vital in ensuring that HR operating processes align tightly with the people priorities in the Digital & Technology sector. The position will lead not only the execution of HR programs but will also partner strategically with leadership to enhance organizational effectiveness. Your expertise in managing talent strategies is key to fostering a culture that embraces innovation and continuous improvement. Moreover, you will leverage data-driven insights to influence business decisions and enhance the overall employee experience. This hands-on position requires a blend of operational excellence and strategic thinking.

• Drive talent strategies to elevate performance in digital and technology sectors.
• Manage annual talent reviews, succession planning, and development planning.
• Coach teams on performance management and goal-setting processes.
• Support recruitment strategies and ensure effective onboarding for technical roles.
• Serve as a connector between the business and HR Centers of Excellence.
• Utilize AI and automation to improve HR operational efficiencies.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of HR generalist/HRBP experience with senior-leader partnership.
• Experience supporting Technology & Digital organizations.
• Proficiency in transformation work including change management and talent management.
• Experience working with globally dispersed teams across various regions.
• Familiarity with Agile operating models and technical talent markets.
