[Remote] Director, HCP Marketing

Mineralys Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing medicines for hypertension and related comorbidities. They are seeking an experienced marketing leader to build and execute the HCP brand strategy for their first commercial launch, driving awareness and engagement through strategic and hands-on leadership.ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of HCP brand strategy grounded in deep understanding of clinical data, existing standards of care, treatment guidelines, and competitive dynamicsPartner with market research to identify and translate strategic insights including segmentation, decision drivers, and prescribing behaviors into launch readiness plans and prioritized HCP engagement tacticsLead development and execution of messaging, creative campaign, tactical development, including personal and non-personal channelsPartner closely with the Patient & Consumer Marketing lead and Digital team to deliver aligned omnichannel strategy and integrated activation across HCP, patient, and digital touchpointsActively partner with Sales, Sales Training, and Commercial Operations to develop and optimize field force training and initiativesLead sample strategy as part of the HCP launch plan, partnering cross-functionally to ensure compliant execution and field pull-throughWork closely with Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance to ensure compliant and aligned messaging and executionCollaborate closely with Medical Affairs to integrate clinical data and real-world experience into HCP brand strategy and ensure aligned evidence generation planningEvaluate the effectiveness of promotional strategies through campaign measurement and metrics development to ensure positive return on investment and achievement of brand objectivesDevelop and manage relationships with external vendors and agency partnersSkillsMBA or bachelor's degree plus 8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience including 6+ years in HCP marketingDemonstrated launch experienceA builder mindset with high personal accountability, resourcefulness, and a collaborative spiritProven ability to lead through ambiguity and define directionExperience effectively leading cross-functional teams and agency partnersExcellent communication and presentation skillsCardiovascular and/or chronic care experience is highly preferredBenefitsStandard Company benefits including medical, dental, vision, time off and 401KParticipating in Mineralys incentive plans are contingent on achievement of personal and company performanceCompany OverviewAt Mineralys Therapeutics we aim to redefine hypertension diagnosis, management and treatment.
