The Director of Franchise Operations for the Mountain region will oversee over 500 franchised locations, driving regional KPIs and ensuring operational excellence while developing and leading a team to achieve business objectives.ResponsibilitiesOwning the P&L for your region, including achieving regional business objectivesDevelop and own your strategy to achieve regional KPIs leveraging your team and resources at handEnsure clarity of regional KPIs across your team; lead your team in support of achieving KPIsProvide timely coaching and feedback to your team and peers. Work to find ways to continue to develop your team and provide opportunities for them to learn, grow, and advance within Wingstop to positions of increasing responsibility in support of Wingstop’s focus area of investing in peopleEnsure the restaurants in your portfolio operate with excellence; apply training resources as needed to drive ops excellenceEnsure compliance to brand standards across your region, inclusive of adherence to franchise agreementsActivate regional marketing campaigns as needed working closely with field marketingProvide insight into market trends leveraging analytics and boots on the ground insightWork across regions to build, define, and implement best practices to provide brand consistencyAbility to influence brand partners at a strategic level as well as deploy tactics to move the needle on KPIsOwn the brand partner relationships in your region, including influencing brand partners to drive resultsSupport brand partner escalations and brand partner compliance in accordance with franchise agreementsPartner with other Regional Business Directors to drive best practices and maintain consistency between marketsDeveloping your team to foster their continued growth as individuals and within Wingstop.
