They are seeking a Director of Finance for JV & MSA Operations to provide strategic leadership and oversight for financial functions supporting their partnerships, focusing on financial performance and operational scalability.ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and develop Finance Manager(s) supporting JV and MSA operationsEstablish performance expectations, accountability measures, and professional development plans for finance team membersCreate scalable finance processes and organizational structure to support rapid company growth and new market expansionServe as the escalation point and strategic resource for finance and operational issues across assigned partnershipsOversee financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and operational finance activities for all assigned JV and MSA partnershipsProvide executive-level financial analysis and recommendations regarding operational performance, revenue trends, labor management, profitability, and growth opportunitiesAnalyze and communicate key business drivers, risks, and financial performance indicators to executive leadership and partner stakeholdersLead monthly and quarterly business reviews with hospital partners and Intuitive Health leadershipSupport board-level and private equity investor reporting requests and presentationsMaintain strong working relationships with hospital partner finance and operational leadership teamsEnsure accurate and timely data collection from health system partnersPartner closely with Operations, Revenue Cycle, Accounting, and leadership to improve operational and financial outcomesProvide strategic financial guidance during new partnership implementations, acquisitions, integrations, and expansion initiativesSupport Joint Operating Committee (JOC) meetings and executive partner presentationsIdentify opportunities for operational efficiencies, reporting automation, standardization, and improved financial controlsLead initiatives related to FP&A process optimization, KPI development, and scalable reporting infrastructureEnsure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting methodologies across all partnershipsDrive continuous improvement initiatives across finance operations and cross-functional workflowsEnsure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and reporting standardsSupport audit activities and maintain strong internal financial governance practicesAssist with strategic financial planning and long-range forecasting initiativesSkillsBachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting Required5+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience3+ years of leadership experience managing finance teamsHospital/Health System finance experience requiredStrong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, operational analytics, and financial modelingAdvanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills requiredAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentStrong interpersonal, communication, and executive presentation skillsExperience supporting joint ventures, partnerships, or management services organizations preferredExperience with FP&A and financial reporting systems strongly preferredExperience presenting financial performance and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and external partnersDemonstrated success leading process improvement and organizational scalability initiativesCompany OverviewIntuitive Health is an operator of emergency room and urgent care clinics It was founded in 2008, and is headquartered in Plano, Texas, USA, with a workforce of 501-1000 employees.
