The Director, Field Marketing will develop and implement regional marketing strategies, execute targeted marketing campaigns, and ensure alignment between sales and marketing teams to drive demand and revenue growth.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement regional marketing strategies tailored to local market dynamics and CRM objectivesCollaborate with sales leadership to understand enterprise goals and identify marketing needsPlan and execute targeted marketing campaigns, including events, webinars, email campaigns, and digital marketing effortsOptimize campaigns based on performance metrics to maximize ROIOrganize and manage field events such as roadshows, sporting events, executive dinnersDrive engagement and attendance of Named Accounts to applicable eventsAttend events as needed to drive positive outcomesCoordinate logistics, budgets, and promotional activities to ensure event successPartner with CRM New Logo, Client Services and Client Partnerships to provide them with tools, resources, and insights to convert leadsAct as a key liaison between sales and marketing teams, ensuring consistent messaging and effective lead follow-upTrack and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as pipeline contribution, and event ROIUse data insights to inform future strategies and demonstrate CRM marketing impactIdentify a cadence of investments focused on positive ROIEnsure optimal allocation of resources to achieve objectivesWork with alliance partners to co-market events, campaigns, and programsFoster relationships with key partners to extend reach and impactSkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field8+ years of experience in Sales, field marketing, demand generation, or related rolesProven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns and eventsStrong understanding of B2B sales and marketing processesProficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)Excellent project management and organizational skillsExperience working in SaaS, technology, or a high-growth industryKnowledge of regional market trends and dynamicsStrong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from dataExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsBenefitsUnlimited PTOExcellent medical, dental, and vision coverageEmployee EquityEmployee Discounts, Virtual Wellness Classes, and Pet Insurance And more!!Company OverviewZeta offers technology and marketing services to help brands acquire, engage, and retain customers.
