[Remote] Director, Executive Benefits (Healthcare)

ALM First is expanding its Executive Benefits practice into the healthcare sector, seeking a consultative, growth-driven business development professional to lead this effort. The Director will build relationships with healthcare executives and governing boards, helping organizations implement executive benefit strategies that support leadership retention and organizational stability.ResponsibilitiesEstablish and grow ALM Firstβs executive benefits presence in healthcare nationwideDevelop trusted relationships with health system CEOs, CFOs, CHROs, physician executives, and governing boardsEngage executive leaders in consultative conversations around leadership retention, physician executive stability, and succession planningPosition executive benefits strategies as a strategic tool for strengthening leadership continuity and organizational performanceIntroduce and consult on executive benefit solutions, including 457(f) plans, split-dollar arrangements, and other executive compensation and retention strategies that support leadership recruitment, retention, and succession planningDevelop new opportunities through outreach, industry engagement, and networkingRepresent ALM First at healthcare conferences, leadership forums, and industry gatheringsCollaborate with internal specialists who support case design, technical analysis, and implementation to deliver a high-touch, white-glove client experienceSkills3 - 7+ years of consultative B2B sales experience working with healthcare executives, medical groups, or governing boardsSuccess in selling, advising on, or supporting executive benefits programs, including 457(f) plans, split-dollar arrangements, and other executive compensation strategiesProven ability to build and develop new business through strategic relationship developmentExperience navigating complex organizations and engaging executive-level decision makersStrong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsA Life Insurance License is required (CLU designation preferred)Willingness to travel for conferences and client meetings (approximately 30 - 50%)CLU designation preferredCompany OverviewALM First is a leading, trusted strategic partner for financial advisory services.
