As the Director of Engineering for the Data & Insights pillar, you will oversee multiple engineering teams, align technology strategy with business goals, and ensure the successful delivery of software products while fostering a positive and innovative engineering culture.ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage multiple software engineering teams, ensuring they are working efficiently and are aligned with organizational objectivesProvide mentorship and career development opportunities to engineering managers and senior engineers, helping them grow as leadersLead efforts to recruit, hire, and retain top engineering talent – to ensure we build high-performing, diverse teams that collaborate effectivelyFoster an environment where teams feel pride and ownership in their product and Rithum as a whole. Create a culture where people don't just point out problems but also become a part of the solutionDevelop and communicate the long-term technical vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals.
