[Remote] Director, Creative Operations

They are seeking a Director, Creative Operations to partner with various leaders to define and optimize processes, ensuring efficient operations within the creative team. This role involves overseeing daily operations, refining creative processes, and contributing to team culture and business strategy.ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day operations of the creative team, ensuring resources are allocated effectively, timelines are met, and projects are delivered on time and on budgetContinuously evaluate and refine creative processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and adaptability across brands and projectsAI implementation and adoption in workflows and processCreate and manage dashboards and data for process analysis and improvementDocument and think critically about ways of working and collaborationFacilitate and lead the onboarding of new Kettle creatives, optimizing and systematizing that process to set new hires up for successHelp shape and communicate team mission, vision, and values developmentBe the champion for team rituals, events, and meetings strategyWith HR and Talent and key discipline leads, develop leveling and career pathways progression and documentation, hiring and onboarding processes, and management standardsParticipate in quarterly and yearly planning discussionsUnderstand team financials, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet strategic goals within budgetContribute to offerings definition and developmentSkillsSignificant experience in a digital, creative agency and/or fast-paced creative tech organizationA background in Production, Program Management, Creative Resourcing, Creative Operations, and/or People Operations, preferably in a growth-oriented environmentA problem solver mentality, with the ability to break down complex problems into simple steps and actions, and create streamlined processesExcellent communication and listening skills, and the ability to influence others at various levels and on cross-functional teamsExperience operating at 10,000 feet, and the ability to sit down with creatives and producers to solve day-to-day challengesThe ability to work West Coast hours, and/or be located in the SF or LA areaCompany OverviewKettlenyc is an independent digital agency From immersive story-telling to bleeding edge software.
