[Remote] Director, Clinical Programs

This role involves developing strategic training and adoption plans for clinical initiatives, collaborating with various teams to ensure effective deployment, and providing leadership to drive high-impact clinical outcomes for kidney patients.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute on a clinical initiative field adoption roadmap aligned with the village clinical strategyCollaborate with the clinical strategy teams, the training and education team, the learning and development team, the clinical services team, the field operations teams, the marketing, and ATC lane to ensure high impact initiatives, deployment and ongoing field adoptionDevelop and maintain field manager and leadership management processes to support ongoing adoption of clinical strategy and assess and address impact on capacity for new clinical initiativesProvide leadership and direction to the team. Responsible for performance development, performance management, retention, team assignments, and teammate relations.
