[Remote] Director, Client Services (Influencer Marketing)

They are seeking a Director of Client Services to foster strong client relationships, provide leadership to the client services team, and develop strategies for growth and effective client campaigns.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Foster strong relationships with key clients to gain a deep understanding of their needs and strategic business objectives, driving growth
ā¢ Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to ensure a 5-star client experience, supporting our client services team in delivering disruptive, business-building work of high quality within budget and on time
ā¢ Own crucial account metrics such as revenue growth and profitability
ā¢ Develop effective strategies to maximize account potential, including growth to new business lines, groups and geographies
ā¢ Lead the development of client proposals, including strategic direction, pricing, and creative concepts
ā¢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Strategy, Production, and Paid Media etc
ā¢ Align with client objectives to design best-in-class social campaigns
ā¢ Stay current with industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies
ā¢ Share insights and knowledge with the team to drive innovation and foster growth. Indirectly oversee several supporting team members from different capabilities, as well as external partners for each project
ā¢ Ensure accurate and timely delivery of client campaigns, managing resources and workflows to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
ā¢ Strong understanding of how businesses are measuring their marketing spends
Skills
ā¢ 8+ years of experience in client services or account management, preferably within a media, digital or social/influencer agency environment
ā¢ Proven track record of developing, maintaining and growing strong relationships with key clients to ensure a deep understanding of client needs and strategic business objectives
ā¢ Experience overseeing key account metrics, including client satisfaction, revenue growth, and profitability, with a focus on driving results
ā¢ Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
