[Remote] Director, CAR T Channel Strategy & Operations

They are seeking a Director, CAR T Channel Strategy & Operations to lead the development and execution of commercial channel infrastructure supporting CAR T therapy delivery. This role involves strategic leadership for distribution, logistics, and compliance, partnering with various teams to ensure effective operations for CAR T commercialization efforts.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute channel strategies that balance customer experience, operational efficiency, compliance requirements, and gross-to-net (GTN) optimizationServe as business owner for third-party logistics (3PL) partnerships and distribution operations supporting CAR T commercializationLead specialty pharmacy and distribution strategy development to support current and future portfolio needsPartner with Market Access, Finance, Commercial, and Legal teams to evaluate channel design alternatives and their impact on GTN performanceAssess channel economics and recommend strategies that optimize reimbursement, contracting, distribution costs, and commercial profitability while maintaining customer satisfactionOversee state licensing strategy, renewals, compliance requirements, and regulatory readinessSupport government pricing activities through cross-functional coordination, process governance, and operational oversightLead distribution governance, service-level management, and operational performance reviews across external partnersSupport launch planning, market expansion, and new product introductions through scalable channel infrastructureDevelop reporting, analytics, and performance metrics that provide visibility into channel effectiveness and operational healthIdentify and mitigate operational, regulatory, and commercial risks across the distribution networkSkillsBachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred10+ years of experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, specialty distribution, market access, commercial operations, or related functionsExperience developing and executing channel strategies for specialty pharmaceuticals, cell therapies, gene therapies, or other complex therapiesStrong understanding of gross-to-net (GTN) principles, channel economics, distribution agreements, and commercial contractingDemonstrated ability to design channel solutions that optimize GTN performance while meeting customer, provider, and patient requirementsBenefitsThis position is also eligible for bonus, benefits, and participation in Company’s stock plan.Company OverviewKyverna Therapeutics is pioneering a new class of therapies and cures for serious autoimmune diseases.
