This senior role is responsible for integrating marketing and operations to ensure seamless execution from market strategy through delivery, while driving alignment and accountability across the division.ResponsibilitiesAct as the central coordination point between Division Marketing and Operations to align demand, supply, and execution (Strategy or long term, Division planning organization manages Build Plans and execution to meet revenue plans)Translate product roadmaps, market segmentation, and pricing strategies into volume, capacity, and manufacturing plansDrive alignment between revenue targets, build plans, inventory strategy, and lifecycle managementLead division-level capacity planning, S&OP, and executive reviewsEnsure timely communication of demand changes, product transitions, and priority shiftsResolve gaps between market demand and operational capability through data driven trade off decisionsLead annual operating planning and quarterly execution reviews for the divisionPartner with Division Marketing on long-term growth strategies and with Operations on long-term capacity and cost strategiesTrack execution of strategic initiatives and ensure cross-functional accountabilityDefine and maintain key business metrics including revenue, gross margin, on-time delivery, inventory, cost, and cycle timeDevelop dashboards and executive reporting for division and corporate leadershipAnalyze performance variances and drive corrective actionStandardize operating rhythms, governance, and decision-making processes across Marketing and OperationsLead continuous improvement initiatives to improve forecast accuracy, cycle time, and cost structureDrive simplification and scalability as the business growsFacilitate alignment across Product Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and FinanceLead change management for new products, system implementations, and organizational transitionsFoster an outward mindset culture focused on enterprise results over functional optimizationSkillsBachelor/Master's degree in Engineering, Business (Operations/Supply Chain Management), Operations Research or related field.
