Infosys BPM is seeking to hire a Senior Director of New Business Sales to manage and expand the Infosys footprint across new client accounts in the Financial Services domain. This roleβs expectation is to utilize an existing network of contacts to open doors along with cross-selling BPM services to Infosys Limited clients and new clients for the Infosys group.ResponsibilitiesHunter role with expectation to utilize existing contacts to introduce Infosys BPM to new logosBusiness development: manage build a project portfolio, own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-CloseClient delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfillment of all commitments to the client and the SLAs are being measured and metCommercial negotiations: Should understand commercial models and understand art of commercial negotiationRun and Manage large TCV dealsWork with Internal teams to build the right solutions for the clientCreate a sales strategy with a list of must have accounts from a Target Account ListSkillsBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education14+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experienceSignificant new business development and similar large deal experienceAbility to utilize extensive contact list to bring in new logo businessTrack record of interacting and building relationships with CXO level client contactUnderstanding of sales cycle, key influencers, budget cycles and client's bid processHands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentationsAbility to collaborate with internal cross functional teams for supportStrong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsWide variety of BPO, Management Consulting and Business Consulting engagement experienceShould have experience in running large deals TCV >25MnTrack record as a Hunter with the ability to bring new contacts and new logos with extensive connections within the domainKnowledge of Financial services Industry with deep domain expertise in any of the following sub verticals: Cards and Payments, Banks, Capital Markets, Market Data and CryptoGood understanding of industry specific business issues and drivers in BPO outsourcing spaceGlobal Delivery Model experienceCompany OverviewInfosys is a technology company that offers consulting, outsourcing, cloud infrastructure, program management, and software services.
