The Director of Business Development will drive strategic revenue growth for the company's IT Outsourcing and Consulting offerings, emphasizing relationship development and executive engagement.ResponsibilitiesLead business development strategy for IT Outsourcing and IT Consulting servicesIdentify and cultivate new client and partner relationships to support revenue growthSupport new logo acquisition through strategic account development and executive engagementPartner with sales, delivery, and solutions teams to shape opportunities and pursue qualified pipelineProvide oversight and guidance across the sales lifecycle, from opportunity identification through closeCollaborate with the EVP of Business Development on go-to-market planning and growth initiativesBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities with visibility into forecastsDevelop executive-level relationships with client stakeholders and decision-makersProvide market, customer, and competitive insights to inform business strategyRepresent the company in executive meetings, client presentations, and industry eventsSkills8+ years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or client growth within IT Outsourcing, Managed Services, or IT ConsultingDemonstrated success driving strategic growth and expanding client relationshipsStrong understanding of IT services delivery models and consulting engagementsExperience working with mid-market and/or enterprise clientsAbility to influence and partner across sales, delivery, and executive teamsStrong executive presence, communication, and relationship-building skillsExperience in a private equity–backed or high-growth professional services environmentEstablished industry relationships or partner ecosystem experienceExperience contributing to GTM strategy, account planning, or market expansion initiativesCompany OverviewThis page is no longer active, as K2 Services is now Opensity Solutions.
