This role involves driving product strategy for AI storage and compute solutions, collaborating with various teams to enhance product offerings, and ensuring successful execution of product management practices.ResponsibilitiesDrive AI storage & compute product strategy and establish optimal roadmap to include new products and servicesUnderstand what will make AI storage & compute portfolio competitive and define winning features, pricing, launch/GA targets, and positioning in the marketDevelop the product business cases to secure funding for new Celestica platforms and driving MRDs / PRDs through creation, review, and approvalEnsure timely execution of all product phase gate reviews and drive cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignmentInfluence and support Sales/Marketing Go-To-Market strategy, product positioning and messaging in the marketTrack actual performance against business case plan and oversee product P&L, sales enablement, and sustaining escalationsSupport product EOL strategy, planning, and executionSkills12+ years of relevant product management experience at a Service Provider or Enterprise technology companyExperience developing/launching products within the AI segmentExperience leading product vision, go-to-market strategy, and product requirementsExperience managing strategic product roadmaps, and working with cross-functional teamsEntrepreneurship, positive attitude, and ability / passion to make an impactExcellent interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills (both verbal and written)Ability to adjust communication style based on the audience (from highly detailed to executive summary)Strong project management skills and experience, including managing internal and external stakeholders, and multiple launches and projects at onceProven success in managing complex and multi-faceted hardware product programs with the ability to drive projects through to completionDemonstrated ability to problem solve and ensure deadlines are met and expectations exceededRecent experience in a fast-paced, multinational technology companyBS in Engineering with a strong background in AI Storage/compute products is preferredMBA is preferredCompany OverviewCelestica is a manufacturing firm that provides design, hardware platform, and supply chain solutions to a multitude of industries.
