The Director of AI Solutions Marketing will lead the marketing efforts for verticalized solutions in industries such as Financial Services, driving integrated marketing strategies and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance product positioning and messaging. Responsibilities • As a member of the Solutions Growth product marketing team at UiPath, you will take the helm of bringing verticalized solutions to market in industries like Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Life Sciences, among others • This role is not merely about strategizing but inspiring, inventing, and driving our Solutions' integrated marketing in an ever-evolving automation and AI landscape • Here, your GTM expertise and your experience in innovative marketing execution will be guiding forces in crafting messages, plans, and vision that resonate with our customer base, paving the way for a future solidified in a faster time to AI value • You will work cross-functionally, collaborating with multiple teams to define strategies and content (internal and external) across all stages of product development and through various marketing channels • You will be proactive, programmatic, data-driven, optimize for what drives successful product launches and customer deal closing, and continuously refine the impact of your solutions' growth plans Skills • Education in business, engineering, or other related field or equivalent experience • 10+ years B2B marketing, consulting, or product development experience; ideally in solutions product marketing roles or similar • Technical knowledge of GenAI, agentic AI, and automation • Native English speaker • Strong ability to effectively communicate complex ideas at different stages in the customer buying journey • Ability to create compelling sales collateral and provide constructive feedback to improve content across the team • Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams across an organization, including demand generation, sales, channels, partners, and product management/engineering • Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization—from the end user (technical buyer) to the decision maker (economic buyer)—with excellent written, oral, and presentation skills • Growth mindset, adaptability, and drive for continuous improvement • Ability to navigate emerging and advanced technology trends Company Overview • UiPath is a software company that designs and develops robotic process automation and artificial intelligence applications.
