[Remote] Director. AI and MarTech Innovation - Remote

The AI MarTech Lead will drive AI engineering initiatives within the MarTech ecosystem, guiding a cross-functional team to deliver scalable AI/ML solutions and enhance customer engagement.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Define the roadmap for AI/ML applications within the MarTech ecosystem
ā¢ Establish and lead the AI/ML development lifecycle
ā¢ Lead a cross functional team focused on rapid prototyping and innovation in MarTech and help to establish the AI/ML development lifecycle
ā¢ Design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models and tools for product environments
ā¢ Ability to conduct code reviews, enforce best practices and ensure high quality deliverables
ā¢ Identify and prioritize high-impact use cases for AI/ML in areas such as personalization, predictive analytics, and campaign optimization and move the most promising concepts into production grade systems
ā¢ Establish clear KPIs and successful metrics for AI/ML initiatives
ā¢ Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical AI standards
ā¢ Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leaders and stakeholders, articulating strategy, progress, and business impact of AI/ML initiatives
ā¢ Partner with marketing, product, engineering, and data science leaders to operationalize AI solutions across channels and platforms

Skills
ā¢ Bachelors degree and 10+ years of experience in data analytics and machine learning frameworks
ā¢ 5+ years of experience in cloud AI/ML stacks (Azure, AWS, GCP) including containerization, workloads, distributed systems, and infrastructure ideally with exposure to marketing technology environments
ā¢ Experience with automate workflows using AI-driven tools and scripts to enhance productivity
ā¢ Experience in Python, REST APIs, Cloud AI platforms
ā¢ Demonstrated familiarity with HIPAA, PHI/PII handling, and enterprise-level compliance requirements
ā¢ Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
ā¢ Demonstrated familiarity with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
ā¢ Expertise in Adobe Experience platforms
ā¢ Hands-on experience deploying production-grade ML and/or LLM systems at scale
ā¢ Solid leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams or innovation labs
ā¢ Ability to think strategically about technology ecosystems and future evolution
