As the Director, Account Management Lead, you will lead a team of Account Managers to enhance client relationships and drive revenue growth, leveraging analytical skills and strategic insights to optimize outcomes for high-value partnerships.ResponsibilitiesLead a team of account managers to drive customer satisfaction and increase Pacvue adoptionServe as the primary point of contact for partners, fostering strong, trust-based relationshipsBuild and nurture long-term, high-value partnerships that drive both client success and Pacvue’s revenue growthAct as a strategic consultant to clients, offering expert guidance on eCommerce best practices, performance optimization, and ways to get the most value out of the Pacvue software suiteAnalyze client data to uncover insights and opportunities for improvement, leveraging Pacvue's platform to recommend solutions that align with the client's business objectivesPartner with clients on joint strategy sessions, presenting data-driven recommendations and leading the development and execution of eCommerce strategies, defining the frameworks that guide both client and internal teamsIdentify areas for up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth and unlock new businessExecute Business ReviewsRoutine Retention and Expansion forecasting with exceptional Enterprise Pipeline RigorPartner with internal teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing, to advocate for client needs and ensure seamless service deliveryPartner with senior leadership to shape the strategic direction of the account management function, influencing product roadmap priorities and long-term business decisionsOwn the full performance and strategic direction of the account management function, including multi-year revenue targets, team development, and decisions with up to five years of organizational impactRegularly track and report on client performance, providing analysis and actionable recommendations to drive improved results through PacvueMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure client success, using data insights to proactively suggest adjustments to strategies or channel mixPrepare and deliver presentations to executive-level audiences, influencing decisions and securing buy-in on new strategies or growth initiatives within your client portfolioBe a passionate advocate for client success within Pacvue, ensuring their needs and challenges are met with the highest level of service and supportContinuously look for ways to help clients maximize the value of Pacvue’s tools and technology to enhance their eCommerce advertising resultsEffectively negotiate and sign contracts for renewals or expansion opportunities within your book of businessSkills10+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Consulting, including demonstrated leadership of teams and ownership of enterprise-level revenue targetsProven experience working with large enterprise clients and managing high-stakes partnershipsExperience with assigned Sales or Revenue targets, and the proven ability to consistently meet and exceed goalsHighly analytical with the ability to interpret complex data, extract actionable insights, and drive strategic decision-makingExceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively influence executive-level audiencesStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing prioritiesA strategic thinker who can proactively identify opportunities for growth and continuously improve client outcomes within a defined book of businessComfortable with change and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentBenefitsFlexible Paid Time OffPaid Holidays and Floating HolidaysMedical, Dental, Vision, FSA, HSA with employer contribution, Life Insurance and Pet Insurance401k with Employer MatchTake up to 2 Days of Paid Time Off to Volunteer with a 501c OrganizationPaid Parental LeaveCompany-subsidized membership to Wellhub and PelotonFertility and family-building support through CarrotCompany OverviewPacvue is a commerce acceleration platform that turns insights into actionable recommendations and drives business growth.
