As the Director of Account Management for Gaming, you will lead strategic commercial growth and drive transformational client partnerships, managing a portfolio of high-value gaming accounts and delivering AI-driven solutions.ResponsibilitiesLead and expand strategic relationships with C-suite and VP-level executives across Gaming studios, publishers, and platformsOwn a portfolio of gaming accounts and drive multi-million-dollar AI, data analytics, custom development, and cloud engineering engagementsDevelop and execute go-to-market strategies and account plans tailored to gaming clients' business modelsPartner with EPAM's delivery, engineering, data science, and cloud teams to design, scope, and deliver transformational solutions (AI player analytics, game platform modernization, real-time backend infrastructure, game publishing optimization, …)Own P&L accountability for your account portfolio;
