The company is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Account Based Marketing (ABM) to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing programs targeting key Channel Partners and Corporate Accounts, ensuring that marketing investments support growth across these customers.ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute an integrated account-based marketing strategy aligned to Wedgewood's key account growth prioritiesDesign and operationalize marketing programs that support both Channel Partner and Corporate Account segmentsTranslate key account plans developed by Key Account Managers into targeted marketing activations that drive measurable growth within those customersBalance near-term revenue impact with long-term brand and customer equity within each accountBuild and execute full funnel marketing campaigns tailored to the specific needs of Channel Partners and Corporate AccountsLeverage multiple channels including email, digital advertising, direct mail, webinars, and eventsDevelop account-specific messaging frameworks that reflect each partner's business model, customer base, and buying journeyEnsure all campaigns comply with applicable regulatory requirements in the animal health and compounding pharmacy environmentPartner closely with Key Account Managers to understand account strategies, priorities, and opportunities, translating these into executable marketing plansServe as the primary marketing point of contact for select Channel Partner and Corporate Account stakeholders, participating in joint business planning and occasional customer-facing meetings as neededBuild strong working relationships with partner marketing, digital experience and B2B marketing teams to align co-marketing opportunities, promotional calendars, and go-to-market initiativesCollaborate with sales leadership, corporate account leadership, and inside sales to deliver account-specific tools, messaging, and campaign materials that are practical and immediately executableDevelop account-level playbooks, presentations, and ABM programs that drives revenue growthProvide regular reporting and insights on campaign performance to sales and commercial leadershipDemonstrate strong understanding of Wedgewood’s revenue models, and EBITDA impact, translating marketing investments into financial outcomesEstablish and maintain clear measurement frameworks to evaluate ABM campaign performance against account-level KPIs including new script growth, prescription management, refill rates, and revenue impactProvide regular reporting to the VP, Marketing and Commercial Leadership on program performance, insights, and recommendationsCollaborate with product marketing and content teams to map existing assets to account needs and identify content gapsMonitor competitive activity and market conditions within key account segments and provide actionable intelligence to Sales and Marketing leadershipMaintain up-to-date knowledge of Wedgewood's product portfolio, regulatory environment, and compounding capabilities to ensure accurate and compliant messagingSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent related work experience required10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience with a demonstrated focus on account-based marketingProven ability to translate account-level business strategies into integrated marketing campaigns and activationsStrong understanding of ABM principles, best practices, and technology platformsExperience executing multi-channel digital campaigns including email, paid media, webinars, and eventsProficiency with Marketing Automation and CRM technologiesDemonstrated success partnering with Sales and key account teams to drive pipeline and revenue outcomesExcellent analytical skills with a track record of building measurement frameworks and reporting on marketing-attributed pipeline and revenueStrong project management skills with ability to manage multiple account programs simultaneouslyExceptional communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable presenting to internal stakeholders and, occasionally, external partner teamsMBA preferredExperience operating in a regulated industry (pharma, animal health, healthcare, or similar) preferredBenefitsOpportunities for growth and career developmentA supportive, team-first culture where your work mattersThe ability to make a real impact on animal health every dayMedical, dental, vision and voluntary benefit coveragesCompany Paid Life Insurance and disability coverage401(k) retirement plan with generous company contributionPaid time off that increases every yearTuition reimbursement opportunitiesStrong internal promotion and career development programsCompany OverviewWedgewood is the nation’s largest and most trusted provider of compounded veterinary medications.
