⢠Benchmarking current Omni-channel capabilities
⢠Formulating transformation visions
⢠Advising global-to-local governance models for transformation
⢠Defining excellence projects
⢠Implementing customer engagement excellence projects, including process definition, standards & guidelines
⢠Developing and delivering training programs
⢠Serving as interim staff
Skills
⢠Established an independent consulting practice
⢠Proven experience in a Lead Strategist or Digital Excellence role at an agency, consulting firm or Life Sciences company
⢠Track record of conceiving and guiding excellence programs that make a measurable impact
⢠Demonstrated subject matter expertise surrounding digital and multi-channel engagement in Health
⢠Strong client consultation skills with ability to guide a strategic discussion
⢠Analytical thinker with strong organizational skills
⢠Strong understanding of strategic marketing process
⢠MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred but not required.
