They are seeking a National Account Manager to grow their Digital Signage business by developing leads and relationships with various marketing and brand sourcing decision makers across the United States.ResponsibilitiesIdentify, target, and develop new opportunities for digital signage solutions across key marketsBuild and manage a pipeline of qualified prospectsLead client discovery conversations to uncover needs and position tailored solutionsPrepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and ROI-driven business casesCollaborate with leadership to define go-to-market strategies for digital signageAttend industry functions, association events, and conferences; provide feedback on market and creative trendsServe as the internal expert on digital signage technologies, trends, and best practicesStay current on hardware, software, CMS platforms, and emerging innovationsSupport the sales team with technical knowledge during client engagementsHelp define standard offerings, pricing strategies, and solution packagesDesign end-to-end digital signage solutionsWork cross-functionally with design, production, and installation teams, including collaborating with the creative team on interior signage and with Pride Visual Solutions on exterior signage channel partnership opportunitiesGuide clients on content strategy, user experience, and long-term scalabilityEnsure solutions align with client goals and deliver measurable valueDetermine customer requirements and overall solution functionalities via communication with internal departments and prospective customersIntegrate with Clients and their subcontractors to ensure they know the electrical and data requirements for each placementGenerate quotes, RFP documentation, and scope of work contracts in partnership with the estimating team, ensuring accuracy and on-time deliveryDetermine cost and service requirements for each project scopePrepare technical documentation and provide internal reporting through all phases of the pre-sales cyclePursue opportunities across the United States with a focus on national accounts and multi-location programsWhen opportunities arise involving North American clients or programs with cross-border reach, actively pursue and develop those relationshipsLeverage introductions from the US corporate office to connect with Canadian decision makers where applicablePartner with A/V contractors, who frequently hold end-user relationships and collaborate on RFPs — building and maintaining these relationships is a key growth leverTrain and mentor the existing sales team on digital signage opportunities and positioningDevelop internal playbooks, tools, and resources for selling digital solutionsAct as a champion for growing the digital signage vertical within the organizationProvide feedback to leadership on market opportunities and product gapsCoordinate with internal project management and operations teams to ensure successful project executionEnsure scope, schedules, budgets, and quality expectations are metSupport clients during program rollouts, pilot installations, and national conversionsMonitor project performance and resolve client concerns proactivelySkillsPost-secondary education in business, marketing, engineering, construction management, or a related field preferredMinimum 5 years of experience with a proven track record of prospecting, closing, and managing national accounts3–7+ years in sales, preferably in digital signage, AV solutions, or related technologyStrong understanding of digital signage ecosystems (displays, media players, CMS platforms)Familiarity with content strategy, integrations, and networked systems is an assetExperience with consultative or solution-based sellingAbility to translate technical concepts into clear business value for clientsExperience managing the sales process using a CRM systemProficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePointStrong communication, presentation, and cold-calling skillsStrategic thinker with hands-on execution abilitySelf-motivated, results-driven, and collaborativeValid driver's license requiredValid passport requiredExperience working closely with designers, architectural interior designers, marketing experts, A/V contractors, and brand content creators preferredEntrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building something newBenefitsSubsequent years: Guaranteed base salary plus tiered commission structurePerformance incentives tied to digital signage growthPotential for leadership progression as the vertical expandsHealthcare benefits401K plan with employer matchCar allowanceLaptopRemote work environment when not travelingCompany OverviewSince 1988, Creative Surfaces, Inc. has been handcrafting exceptional products.
