They are seeking a Digital Sales Associate who will execute the full sales cycle for inbound and outbound opportunities, manage multiple sales processes, and build strong customer relationships to drive revenue growth.ResponsibilitiesMeet or exceed individual and team revenue targets through upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer baseManage inbound sales leads and convert qualified opportunities into closed businessConduct proactive outbound prospecting activities to generate pipeline growthProvide product information, quotations, and follow-up support to prospects and customersCoordinate and align internal resources to drive opportunities through the sales cycle and achieve successful outcomesMaintain a strong understanding of Dayforce products, services, and value propositionsUtilize modern sales and marketing tools to build customer relationships and accelerate opportunity progressionExecute territory plans and manage sales pipelines to maximize revenue growthMaintain accurate opportunity, account, and forecasting information within SalesforceProvide regular pipeline updates including opportunity status, revenue potential, key stakeholders, and next stepsParticipate in territory-based marketing activities to support outbound demand generation effortsSupport additional sales initiatives and responsibilities as requiredSkillsBachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience2+ years of sales, business development, or lead generation experienceProven track record of successfully promoting and selling products or servicesDemonstrated ability to develop opportunities and manage sales processes across multiple stakeholdersKnowledge of solution-selling and value-based selling methodologiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environmentHigh-energy, results-oriented sales professional with strong closing capabilitiesAbility to engage executive stakeholders and align business priorities with solution valueStrong aptitude for leveraging digital sales tools and technologies, including social selling, video engagement, and automation platformsProven ability to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through both self-generated activities and marketing-driven programsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneouslyKnowledge of HCM software, enterprise software, or technology solutions preferredExperience with Dayforce solutions is highly desirableExperience selling into enterprise organizationsStrong understanding of Human Capital Management, Payroll, Workforce Management, or related technology solutionsDemonstrated success exceeding sales quotas in a software or SaaS environmentExperience leveraging Salesforce and other sales enablement tools to drive revenue growthAbility to influence and engage executive stakeholders through consultative selling approachesBenefitsMedical, dental, vison, and life insurance401k plan (plus match)Global Employee Stock Purchase PlanUnlimited Time Away From Work (in lieu of accrued vacation time)10 paid US holidaysUp to 80 hours of paid sick time17 weeks of paid parental leave, subject to the terms of the applicable policy or programVolunteer daysDayforce Cares charityOpportunities for you to thrive both in your career and personal lifeCompany OverviewDayforce is a time and attendance application that helps businesses automate clocking and streamline employee payroll.
