[Remote] Digital Project Manager - Contract to Hire

They are seeking a mid-level Digital Project Manager who will oversee the delivery of complex digital marketing and web projects, managing timelines, scopes, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful project execution.ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage entire digital presence for clients (e.g. website management, intranet, banner ads, landing pages, paid media campaigns, email campaigns, print flyers, social media, SEO/SEM, etc.)Proactively troubleshoot, resolve roadblocks, and keep projects moving smoothly—no babysitting neededTranslate client goals into actionable plans with clarity, speed, and an instinct for where AI and automation can do the heavy liftingMonitor scope, budget, timelines, and interdependencies—always with an eye on outcomesPrepare and provide accurate status to internal teams and clients, including updates on delivery of campaigns, and identifying/communicating/resolving issues in a timely mannerEffectively guide, coach, and mentor peer digital producers to grow their skills and meet project objectivesDrive and track interdependencies across digital platforms, work streams, communicate status and assist with maintaining team metricsFacilitate negotiations between stakeholders around scope and priorityJump in where needed across tasks—from resourcing and QA to documentation and optimization, and using AI to accelerate any of the aboveBe a self-starter.
