[Remote] Digital Project Manager

This role involves planning, execution, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesLead the planning and execution of multiple software implementation projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and aligned to customer expectationsServe as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle, maintaining strong relationships with clinical and IT stakeholdersCollaborate with physicians, technologists, and hospital IT teams to configure and integrate solutions into existing clinical workflowsDevelop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables, while proactively tracking progress and addressing risksCoordinate cross-functional resources including engineering, applications, and installation teams to ensure smooth executionSupport system installation, configuration, and validation, including integration with hospital systems and networksFacilitate end-user readiness and adoption, including training and workflow alignment, to ensure successful product utilizationIdentify, document, and escalate project risks and issues, driving resolution in collaboration with internal teamsMaintain accurate project documentation, status reporting, and communication with stakeholdersGather customer feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of products, services, and implementation processesSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Information Technology, or related fieldMinimum 3+ years of experience in project management, software implementation, or healthcare technology deliveryDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across clinical and technical teamsProven ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and drive executionStrong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
