[Remote] Digital Operations Process Supervisor

They are seeking a Digital Operations Process Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the digital workforce, ensuring resource availability and acting as a liaison between development teams and business users.ResponsibilitiesMonitor and oversee the daily operations of the digital workforce using the Blue Prism applicationTroubleshoots and triages issues encountered with digital workers and their processes, determine appropriate corrective actions, and assesses any impact of corrective actions on other IT processes, staff, etcPrepares automated work schedule, expedites workflow, and shifts resources to ensure all jobs are running accurately and timely within the departmentRegularly review operational procedures to ensure best practices to achieve department goals related to productivity, cost per unit, and accuracyDevelop and provide daily, weekly, and monthly status reports to IT leadership and executivesRecommend continuous improvement of processes and strategies for improvement using data analytics; determines what is working accurately and makes corrective actions to ensure successServe as a subject matter expert for end users in the business units; provide training and support regarding robotic process automationWrites and maintains system documentationCreate, escalate and assign tickets to development teams as neededMonitor service levels to ensure quality and productivity standards are metMay be trained and participate in RPA coding modifications, updates, and improvementsSkillsHigh school diploma or its equivalent requiredExperience with an RPA application required (Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UIPath)Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skillsCapable of interacting with all levels of associates, including business unit leadersStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-taskAbility to schedule processes, monitor resources, and log issuesAbility to explain issues to a Blue Prism expert and follow instructions accuratelyA basic understanding of business processes and workflowsAbility to solve problems effectively and quicklyStrong commitment to operational excellenceBA/BS degree preferredExperience with Blue Prism preferredPrevious experience in systems administration preferredSQL experience preferredBenefitsComprehensive healthcare plans for you and your family.A discretionary 401(k) match of 50% of the first 4% of pay contributed.Access to several fitness, restaurant, retail (and more!) discounts through our employee portal.Customized training programs to help you advance your career.Employee referral bonuses so you’ll get paid to help Carrington and Vylla grow.Educational Reimbursement.Carrington Charitable Foundation contributes to the community through causes that reflect the interests of Carrington Associates.Company OverviewCarrington Holding Company, LLC is a financial service provider for mortgages, asset management, real estate.
