This role will oversee technology operations for client accounts, manage security compliance, and drive digital transformation initiatives, ensuring high-quality service delivery and stakeholder engagement.ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day technology operations across assigned client accounts, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery across all platforms and systemsManage end-to-end information security request processes, including client submissions, review coordination, and multi-stakeholder communications on technical compliance mattersMaintain and regularly update comprehensive technology platform design documents, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all relevant stakeholdersMonitor system performance and lead troubleshooting efforts for complex technical issues, engaging appropriate escalation resources as neededManage active technology integrations across multiple enterprise systems and platforms, ensuring seamless interoperability between existing and new solutionsDevelop and maintain standard operating procedures and process documentation for all technology operationsEstablish and track metrics and KPIs to measure technology performance, operational efficiency, and client satisfactionResearch, evaluate, and pilot emerging technology applications — with a particular focus on AI implementation and automationDevelop business cases for new technology investments, assessing potential ROI and business impactLead digital transformation projects within client environments, translating technical capabilities into tangible business valueImplement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual workload through process automationServe as the primary technology liaison between JLL internal teams and client stakeholders, facilitating cross-functional collaboration across IT, operations, and leadershipPresent technology strategies, roadmap updates, and project status to senior leadership and client executivesManage vendor relationships and technology partnerships; coordinate with legal and compliance teams on technology-related mattersSkillsBachelor's degree in Technology, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, MS in Technology Management) preferred5–7 years of experience in technology operations, project management, or a similar client-facing technology roleDemonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder technology projects from initiation through deliveryStrong proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate and other automation platforms; hands-on experience with AI tools and implementation strategiesWorking knowledge of information security frameworks, compliance requirements, and system integration methodologiesProficiency in technology roadmap development and maintenance; familiarity with ITIL or similar service management frameworksStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business valueExcellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership and client executivesProven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-facing environmentCollaborative, cross-functional mindset with the ability to influence without direct authorityClient-focused approach with strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skillsContinuous learning orientation and genuine curiosity about emerging technologies, particularly AI and automationReliable and results-oriented with high attention to detail and strong organizational skillsExperience in commercial real estate, facilities management, or professional services environmentsBenefits401(k) plan with matching company contributionsComprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision CarePaid parental leave at 100% of salaryPaid Time Off and Company HolidaysEarly access to earned wages through Daily PayCompany OverviewWe’re a leading professional services firm that specializes in real estate and investment management.
