[Remote] Digital Operations Coordinator

The Digital Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring digital campaign delivery by managing workflows, timelines, and coordinating between various teams to keep projects on track and deliver impactful campaigns for nonprofits.ResponsibilitiesManage campaign and project workflows in Adobe Workfront from kickoff to launchCreate and maintain project timelines, tasks, and deliverables across departmentsOversee production workflows for:Creative assets such as emails, graphics, and campaign copyTech deliverables including web updates, donation forms, and email campaignsMedia assets including paid search, paid social, programmatic, and Google Grant adsCoordinate handoffs between Strategy, Creative, Tech, and Media teams to ensure smooth progressAnticipate risks or delays, flag issues early, and help re-route work as neededConfirm all deliverables meet internal standards before finalizationSkills1-2 years of experience in project coordination, digital operations, or production (agency experience a plus; internship experience included)Familiarity with project management tools (Workfront or similar)Strong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentA detail-oriented problem solver who thrives on collaboration and processBenefitsRKD Group offers highly competitive compensation commensurate with experience, and a full range of benefits.Company OverviewRKD Group is a fundraising and marketing provider to hundreds of nonprofit organizations.
