The Digital Marketing Specialist will develop and execute a marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support the sales team in the solar and clean energy sectors.ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage Victory Energy's presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google BusinessDevelop and maintain a monthly content calendar that aligns with sales campaigns, seasonal trends, and company milestonesCreate, schedule, and publish original content, including graphics, short-form video, reels, testimonials, and educational posts on solar savings and clean energyMonitor comments, messages, and brand mentions — engage the audience in a timely and on-brand voiceTrack follower growth, reach, engagement rates, and conversion metrics; report monthly insights to leadershipResearch and leverage solar industry trends, competitor activity, and platform algorithm changes to continuously improve performanceCoordinate with field sales teams to gather customer success stories, project photos, and before/after contentDevelop and maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging framework for Victory EnergyDesign marketing collateral, including flyers, digital ads, pitch decks, event materials, and recruitment content using tools such as AI agents, Canva, or Adobe Creative SuiteCollaborate with leadership to craft messaging that communicates the value of residential solar — savings, sustainability, energy independenceEnsure all external-facing communications maintain brand consistency across digital and print channelsPlan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn) to generate leads and build brand awarenessBuild, manage, and optimize landing pages and lead capture forms to support the sales pipelineDevelop and deploy email marketing campaigns targeting prospective customers, existing clients, and referral partnersOversee website content updates; coordinate with vendors or internal resources on SEO strategy and site performanceTrack and analyze digital campaign ROI; make data-driven adjustments to maximize cost-per-lead efficiencyPartner with the Sales and People Empowerment teams to develop recruiting content, sales tools, and onboarding materialsCreate event marketing support for community outreach, campaigns, and trade shows as neededAssist in developing promotional incentives and customer referral program marketingSupport executive communications, including company announcements, newsletters, and internal campaignsEstablish baseline marketing metrics and build a reporting cadence for social media, digital ads, and email performanceProvide monthly and quarterly marketing reports to leadership with actionable insights and recommendationsUse Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and similar platforms to track campaign performanceOther duties as neededSkills2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in solar, energy, home services, or a direct-to-consumer sales environmentDemonstrated hands-on experience managing social media accounts for a business (not just personal use) — must be able to provide portfolio or examplesProficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or Adobe Creative SuiteWorking knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar)Strong copywriting skills — ability to write persuasive, on-brand content for different audiences and platformsAbility to operate independently, prioritize multiple projects, and deliver results with minimal oversightAnalytical mindset — comfortable interpreting data and adjusting strategy based on performance metricsExperience in the residential solar, electrical, or clean energy industryFamiliarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpotVideo production or editing skills (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)Experience building a marketing function in an early-stage or startup environmentKnowledge of basic SEO principles and WordPress or similar CMS platformsExperience with Salesforce or solar-specific tools is a plusBenefitsCompetitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Retirement savings plan with company match.Paid time off and holidays.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.Company OvervieweEquals designs and installs residential solar energy systems and manages the end-to-end transition to home solar power.
