[Remote] Digital Marketing Manager

MeridianLink is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to support the execution and optimization of paid digital programs across their B2B Mortgage and Consumer segments. This role focuses on strategy and hands-on campaign management, performance optimization, and reporting across core paid channels.ResponsibilitiesExecute and optimize paid media campaigns across search, social, display, and ABM platforms to support demand and pipeline goalsDevelop and execute segmentation strategies, including account-based marketing programs (e.g., 6sense or similar tools)Manage day-to-day campaign setup, optimization, and performance monitoring across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube and Display (e.g. 6Sense)Plan, forecast, and manage budget allocation and pacing to ensure efficient spendingInform channel mix decisions and develop paid media strategy to maximize pipeline and ROITest and evaluate new channels, formats, and tactics to improve efficiency and resultsPartner with Campaign Managers, Product Marketing, Creative, SEO/Web, and Marketing Operations to ensure paid media aligns with campaign objectivesManage relationships with industry publications and media partners, owning sponsorship strategy, negotiating placements, and reporting performanceAnalyze and report on campaign performance, sharing clear insights and optimization recommendationsEstablish and maintain accurate conversion tracking and attribution across paid platforms (LinkedIn, Google, 6sense) in partnership with Marketing OperationsSkills2–4 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, paid media, or demand generationBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related fieldHands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads and at least one additional paid platform (Google Ads, Meta, or programmatic)Familiarity with ABM platforms such as 6sense (or similar)Experience working with budgets, performance metrics, and campaign reportingStrong analytical skills and comfort working with data and dashboardsExposure to marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot and SalesforceDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to balance learning strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environmentClear written and verbal communication skillsCompany OverviewMeridianLink is a digital lending platform that helps financial institutions through a configurable platform.
