They are seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to oversee marketing efforts directed at large U.S. employers, focusing on building demand and content strategies to engage HR and finance leaders.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain a 90-day rolling content and campaign calendarDesign, author and run demand-gen campaigns that put MyEmployment in front of CHROs, Chief People Officers, and CFOs at U.S. employers with 1,000+ employeesBuild and manage email nurture sequences in ZoHo, segmenting by several different demographicsRepurpose founder-driven content into multiple formats (long-form, short-form, video, carousel, email) aimed at the employer audienceCreate, edit and/or approve posts, emails, and short videos yourself or with a team of contracted resources necessary to meet campaign content goalsUse scheduling, CRM, and analytics platforms (Zoho, Zapier, Metricool) to manage publishing and connect marketing activity to pipeline in the CRMReview website, email, and funnel metrics weekly β track what's working, test and modify what's not and report results and insights to leadershipSkillsProven, hands-on experience running multi-channel B2B marketing or demand gen for a founder-led brand β ideally selling to HR, People, or finance leadersA track record of building a marketing function from the ground up β you've done the work yourself, not just managed a team that did itStrong understanding of content cadence, campaign analytics, and funnel optimizationHands-on familiarity with publishing, CRM, and automation tools (Zoho, Sendy, Zapier, Metricool)Excellent writing and editing skills; ability to maintain a consistent, credible tone across channelsAnalytical mindset β you love testing and learning from data; working knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and conversion fundamentals (load time, CTA testing, conversion tracking)BenefitsGreat medical, dental, and vision insurance optionsRetirement plan with company match to help save for your futureIn addition to 7 observed holidays, salaried team members have 15 days paid time offEvery position is fully remote, and our culture is family-first: flexible, life-respecting, and built on accountability.
