The role involves owning digital marketing analytics, supporting marketing tools, and providing insights to enhance campaign performance and ROI.ResponsibilitiesServe as the bridge between business and technical teams Translate business requirements into technical specifications for GTM and GA4, ensuring seamless implementation and reportingConfigure and maintain GTM Set up, test, and optimize tags, triggers, and data layers to capture relevant marketing and user behavior data across websites and appsOwn GA4 analytics Monitor digital performance, create custom events, conversions, and audiences, and build dashboards to surface actionable insights (Looker Studio, PowerBI)Troubleshoot tracking discrepancies and data quality issuesWork closely with agency partners, including analytics agencies and website developers, to ensure seamless implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting of digital analytics and website tracking solutionsEnsure data quality and compliance Maintain data integrity, privacy, and compliance with relevant regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)Train internal owners and marketers on how to access and interpret GA4 reportsStay current with digital analytics trends Continuously learn and apply best practices in digital analytics, GTM, and GA4Own and analyze digital marketing performance Monitor and interpret key metrics (traffic, conversions, engagement, ROI) across paid, owned, and earned channels.
