How you will make an impact
Ā Meet or exceed monthly policy sales targets
Ā Discover needs or pre-qualified insurance shoppers
Ā Ability to overcome sales objections and close over the phone, chat and online
Ā Ability to cross sell related insurance products
Ā Accurately record all required information in agency management platform
Ā Communicate with the management team on a regular basis to discuss personal performance and make recommendations about system and software improvements
Ā Evenings and weekend availability as needed
What you need to succeed
Ā A valid state-issued insurance license is required (multiple states a plus)
Ā Experience working in a high-volume call center
Ā Experience selling multiple carriers
Ā Experience in cross selling auto and home insurance packages 2 + years experience of auto and home insurance sales preferred
Ā Must provide your own high-speed internet
Ā Ability to work from home in a quiet, professional, distraction free environment with reliable high-speed internet connection
Ā Ability to follow script
Ā Superior verbal and written communication
Ā Energetic, clear communication, and good at taking charge of the conversation
Ā Extremely reliable and dependable
Ā Be open to 3rd shift
